Does anyone know where the quest starts or which monsters drop royal guard leggings or soul walker boots? I've searched the wiki and can't seem to find any info on these items.


Some of the new items we create are bonus items for the first month, on the raffle stone and at the auction. After the initial excitement, we usually incorporate them into a quest line

I don't think they drop in game. Rumor has it they have to be purchased from staff with ED. I, personally, would just contact them for a price on the artifacts and then save up for it. I could be wrong though, but being as I have not seen them being sold by any player at all, I'm probably not. Sometimes they (the royal guard legs were for certain) will be on the raffle stones. They currently have nothing on them though.
