Im sure im not the first one to think this but havent seen any post about it. so here we go.

would it be possible to combine the hunger games with capture the flag.

i would imagine having 2 classic small workshops preplaced and open to public on either side of the island. bottom open floor would need custom wraparound stairs and would be where the flag is. top enclosed area would be a crafting station. 30 min or 60 min games. most points wins. unlimited rezzes if you have the resources. ie. self rez, spells or bandages.  if the game timer has run out and the score is tied, it will turn into a sudden death (rezzing will disqualify your team at this point).

When doing classic hunger games id say just leave the houses up and let players hunker down in them if they decide. if the houses become a problem in classic hunger games then make them private.


this would be a great mod for larger player attendance.
 

  I'd like to say the following:

  ~Bases yes! 

  ~Flags in the bases NO!

  Sorry for caps on no, but due to my days playing WoW and running around in Warsong Gultch, for 25 of 25 minutes without a win, I am not a fan of capture the flag with bases.

Instead please consider the following:

  ~Two Bases; set apart.

  ~Flag in, on, or below something set between those bases.

  ~~A final touch would be to change the middle ground from time to time. This could be done completely; as in a new obstacle holding the flag, or done with small or large alterations to a known middle ground.

ah man even better! 

Speaking of wow, it would be awesome with the above ideas but instead of a flag in the middle there woudl be resources for easier survival on this harsh island. Offcourse it should be guarded
