The Ancient Citadel is the location for the Skull of Vecna Quest. You must first find the citadel, located in Ilshenar and kill the monsters to collect the key quest items.

The Old Evil Vecna Cult Citadel has been overrun by evil minions and is a very dangerous place. The Death Knight Kas has been seen guarding the Cidadel along side Black Liches, Archmages and the undead.

After collecting all five items, return to the Disciple for your reward
