Belt of Tokuno - Black Belt System Update

UO Evolution Shard has updated the custom Black Belt System!

You can now add SOCKETS and AUGMENTS to your Belt of Tokuno after you level it up to the Black belt stage!

There is a Black Belt socket deed to obtain, and then it will become socketable!
