New player here with questions for those who feel like answering.
1. For nearly all the quests that request I bring an item(s) (i.e. "return 10 bows") the NPC does not recognize that I have the items upon speaking with them again. Even with the items in my pack. I cannot pass them the items either. Am I doing something wrong or are these quests bugged?
You may have to toggle the quest items, the quests are not bugged
2. How do I get a vendor slot in a public vendor mall? I bought contract but there's nowhere to put it. It would really help me to generate gold cuz nobody is shopping at my house vendor.
Buy a contract from the mall manager and target a white tile

3. On past shards I played you needed to use power skill scrolls in order: first 105, then 110,115, 120. But here you can just use the higher one and skip the the lower ones?
Yes you can just apply the top 120 scroll
4. The chum bucket holds large quantities of fish. However to buy it you need to pay with 100k fish, an amount too heavy to carry in person. You see the conundrum here?
You can load from your bank box, pack animal, bag of holding, storage key or ask a friend
