A friend of mine just bought a new laptop. An HP.  Was able to Download Razor, which will bring up the login window.  But always says cannot connect try again in a few minutes or something. will not download UO steam.Always says cannot be downloaded securely.   My UO Steam still works, but my razor also will not let me log in.  Don't know what's going on
