I have a few things I would like to say about this Shard that I call home. The Staff are on top of things and work hard to deal with us all day in and out. I know I can be out spoken at times and hard to deal with but they still greet me with a smile and are helpful to resolve any problems that comes up. The one thing I am most grateful for is that Dante found the recent addition to the staff  Kyn who works really hard at fixing and adding things that is needed to make our game play much more fun. Hat's off to you all for all the things you do for us and all the hours you spend. thank you so much.
