My first words comes to Kane, congratulation for your work, you looks like very professional even in the way to handle complains (from what I assisted on Team Speak a few days ago).
It is also quite uncommon to see a private game shard that goes so easyly through events like the redundant crashing that we were experiencing a few days ago (I mean, you made us think that it was easy, that shows us how good you are).
From what I heard, you are not the first developper on this shard, far from this in fact. For I was once de dev too, I know that it is not easy work to correct and clean up old code (often undocumented) that was already modified severall times by different devs that might have been... how to say it?... not dedicated enough to their work to think about the future.

I'd also like to gongrats Dante, not only for having created this shard, made what was necessary to have it survive enough for me to discover it but also to spend so much hours online to guide new players (He made Thorgal Pain contact me, knowing we were speaking the same language... it seems not a lot but it obviously saved me a lot of troubles), handle even the most harrasing complain with calm and react quickly in times of emergency.

I'm certainly too young on this shard to be able to understand how important are the other members of the Staff like Codex and Zoe or even know every member of the staff but be sure that I keep in mind that every little ant is necessary in the ant-hill, even the player community has its rôle.
