The first New Player Recruitment Event will be on April 30th from 4-6 pm server time.  A gate to each participating Guild House will be placed in the New Guild House area.  Each gate will be labeled with the Guild name and players may visit each area as often as they wish during the 2 hours.  Please do not plan special events during this time.  Players should visit your guild house, meet members, and learn what your guild has to offer.  Special events can be offered throughout the month to all new players but not during the Recruiting event.  Please do not give the players gift bags during these tours.  You may present them with a book with your guild information if you choose.  If you wish to give them gifts, save them for after they join your guild.Remember, players should not be encouraged to resign from NEW prior to their graduation.  NEW Guild graduations will take place on the 1st of every month.
